Job description
The Recreation/Boat Rental Manager is responsible for the daily management of the rental team. They ensure an optimal guest experience, safe operation, and efficient organization of boat rental activities. You strive for optimal results from our boat rental operations.
Your tasks
Manage, coach, and motivate recreation/boat rental staff. You are the first point of contact for the boat rental department.
Participate in daily operations.
Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of boats and equipment.
Keep track of reservations and boat availability.
Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, and handle complaints initially.
Responsible for administration and daily closing.
Train and mentor new recreation/boat rental staff.
What are we looking for?
You have a boating license (preferred) or plan to obtain one soon.
You have some (electrical) technical knowledge (preferred).
You are customer-friendly and service-oriented.
You enjoy getting your hands dirty and know how to motivate the team.
You are a connector but can also be clear with your team.
