Job description
As a recreation/boat rental employee, you're responsible for welcoming visitors and renting out boats and recreational facilities. The employee ensures a safe, customer-friendly, and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Your tasks
You and the team will clean our boats so they are ready for rental.
You will greet and assist our guests.
You will provide information and explanations about the (safe) use of the boat and the sailing route.
You will handle payments and reservations and keep these records accurate.
You will be responsible for issuing and returning boats.
You will identify and report any damage or technical problems.
You will ensure that our company grounds are clean and well-maintained.
