2.00 pm – Sailing with a boat of your choice

• Sloop (2 hours) [+ €6.00 pp]

• Whisper boat (2 hours)

• Electric tour boat (1 hour)

After an explanation by one of our employees, discover Giethoorn and the Weerribben & Wieden nature reserve, using a sailing route.

4 p.m. – Discover and visit Giethoorn

Once back on shore you can take a beautiful walk past various museums and shops using a map.

5 p.m. – Luxury barbecue

At the end of this day it is now time for the well-groomed barbecue that is traditionally and carefully prepared, consisting of:

Meat: Hamburger, chicken satay, sausage, pork chop.
Fish: Marinated prawn skewers, salmon in foil.

Vegetarian: Mushrooms with brie in foil (V), zucchini & bell pepper (V).

Side dishes: Bread with various spreads, Russian salad, potato salad, pasta salad, fresh raw vegetable salad, fries.

Sauces: Mayonnaise, cocktail sauce, garlic sauce, satay sauce. 

Extras: Steak [+ €5.00 pp]

2 pm – Reception at De Grachthof Giethoorn

Reception with two drinks, a nut mix and two snacks per person.

3 p.m. – Sailing with our lounge boat (2 hours)

Discover Giethoorn and the Weerribben & Wieden nature reserve with our unique lounge boat (a tour boat with a round seat and fridge) and one of our skippers. Including 3 cold snacks per person and a selection of drinks on board [beverages on subsequent calculation].

5 p.m. – Discover and visit Giethoorn

Once back on shore you can take a beautiful walk past various museums and shops using a map.

6 p.m. – 3 course dinner

Choose a starter, main course and dessert from our menu. Depending on the menu in force at the time, a supplement may apply for some dishes.

After the cruise, it is now time to fill your stomach with our well-prepared brunch buffet, consisting of:

Cold dishes: Luxurious assortment of bread types, various meats, various types of cheese, Russian salad, mixed green salad (V), house

marinated olives, hot smoked salmon with chives, cream cheese and lemon, mozzarella, tomato and pesto salad (V).

Warm dishes: Fresh homemade tomato soup, scrambled eggs with spring onion, chicken thigh in Piri Piri sauce, beef croquette.

Beverages: Coffee, tea, milk and orange juice.

To conclude this day it is now time for our well-kept Spanish tapas buffet, consisting of:

Cold dishes:

• Marinated Olives

• Spinata romana & Serano ham

• Green salad with Manchego and chutney

• Sun-dried, marinated cherry tomatoes

• Anchovy tuna tapenade

​​Hot dishes:

• Patatas bravas with alioli

• Sesame chicken legs

• Prawns in herbs with garlic

• Mushrooms in garlic

• House marinated spare ribs

• Albondigas (authentic Spanish meatballs) in a spicy tomato sauce
